Last impressions can be as important as first impressions

Keep your menu streamlined, and your specials special
A bloated menu is the biggest sign of a restaurant that doesn’t know what it’s doing, and doesn’t care either. With menus, less is more. There are so many drawbacks to maintaining a large menu, it’s hard to list them all. A big menu means huge stock requirements and the overheads associated with it; spoilage risks, storage costs, ordering complexity. Communicate!

But printed daily papers are tacky, and chalkboards can be messy and cluttered, so what’s the best option?
